These Terms of Service govern the use of the LuxLens website and the photo retouching service ("Service") provided by LuxLens.gr ("we", "us", "our") at luxlens.gr. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
LuxLens is a professional photo retouching service for hotels, villas and vacation rentals. Photographs are retouched by hand — lighting, perspective, white balance and clutter are corrected by a person, not by an automated filter. This website presents the service. Orders are placed at handover.photo, where you upload your photos, review the result and pay. Ordering and delivery are governed by the terms published there. Retouching is craft work. We do not guarantee any specific aesthetic outcome.
This website does not require an account. To place an order you supply your contact details at handover.photo; no account is created there either. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide.
Prices shown on this website are net prices for photo retouching, exclusive of applicable VAT, and are staggered by the number of photos. The binding price for an order is the one shown at handover.photo before you confirm it. VAT is calculated there based on your location. Payment is due after you have reviewed and approved the retouched photos.
WITHDRAWAL NOTICE You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (LuxLens.gr, LuxLens@LuxLens.gr) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, though it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period expires. --- EXCLUSION OF WITHDRAWAL RIGHT FOR DIGITAL CONTENT If you expressly request that the service begin immediately and confirm that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, we will begin work on your order immediately. In this case, the right of withdrawal is excluded once performance has begun. You agree not to: • Submit images to which you do not hold the rights. • Submit illegal, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful content. • Copy or redistribute the content, branding or design of this website. • Use the website for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order that breaches these rules.
Photos are retouched by hand. Retouching is a matter of craft and judgement, and the result may not always match your expectations. Before you pay, you review the retouched photos and can request changes. We do not warrant that: • Results will be fit for any particular purpose. • The website will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You retain ownership of the images you provide. By placing an order at handover.photo, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the Service. All other content, branding, code, and design of the Service is the intellectual property of LuxLens.gr and may not be copied or used without written permission.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the website or email.
These Terms are governed by Greek law and applicable EU regulations. For disputes arising from consumer contracts, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. For any legal disputes, the courts of Greece have jurisdiction.
