01What kind of photos does this work for?

Any hotel, Airbnb or vacation rental photo taken on a phone or camera — bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, exteriors and more.

02How long does retouching take?

Most sets are delivered within a few business days, depending on how many photos you send. We confirm a timeframe with your assessment.

03Will you change the layout or furniture in my room?

No. We improve lighting, colour and clarity while preserving the authentic look of your space. We do not add or remove furniture.

04Do I need an account to send photos?

No — you can send your photos and get a free assessment without creating an account. You only pay once you approve the retouching.

05What happens to my uploaded photos?

Your photos are only used to prepare your retouched set. They are never passed on to anyone else and never used to train any system.

06Can I use the retouched photos on Booking.com, Airbnb and other platforms?

Yes. You can use them on Booking.com, Airbnb and other platforms. We deliver them web-optimized for online listings, not in high resolution.
